lifeskills camp tee, MUST TUCK IN AT ALL TIMES ZOMGG. running shoes, pe shorts, ny socks. you CAN come to sch in ur lifeskills tee, no need bring hongzi change lar aiyo.

BELONGINGS
dont bring too many things. pe reps in charge of collecting ur valuables and stuffing them into thrash bags provided by the pe dept. WE SHALL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES OF YOUR BELONGINGS. THANKS YOUS BERY MUCHS.

ATTENDANCE
B.O.M (BOOM!) has to take a name list from the pe tchrs for attendance taking BEFORE AND AFTER the run. after tht return the name list to the competitors' steward. (what the heck does that mean? dunno -.-)

MC CASES
students who cant run cos of long term mcs are to inform the pe tchrs via entry forms (again, dunno whats that :X) pls submit ur mc or evidence along with the form.

ABSENTEEISM
whose who are absent will submit their mcs to the pe tchrs on the next working day. unexplained absenteeism will be counted as truancy :)

MEALS AND WATER
there are stations set up inthe assembly areas. bring ur own water bottles and ensure that ur bfast is taken at least 2hrs before the run.

AND I FORGOT (AGAIN) TO MENTION ONE THING.
i need one helper for that day.
those with long term mcs will automatically be shortlisted.
but those who are interested pls tell me if u wanna be a helper
